The JY series liquid level controller adopts injection molding and has a built-in contact mechanism. It uses the buoyancy effect of the liquid to automatically flip the controller as the liquid level rises or falls. The internal contact heads switch between on and off states and emit control signals. Due to the absence of any external operating mechanism, the action is accurate and reliable, especially suitable for automatic control of live water discharge containing impurities and viscous substances, automatic control of non flammable and explosive liquids in industrial production, and automatic supply control of domestic water and fire water tanks.

working principle
There are three control wires in the liquid level controller cable, black (input wire), brown and blue (output wire). The black and brown lines are the control lines of the drainage system. When the controller floats to the set position, the contacts of the black and brown lines are connected, and the pump on signal is output; The controller descends to the set position, and the black and brown wire contacts separate, terminating the pump on signal. The black and blue lines are the control lines of the water supply system. When the controller descends to the set position, the contacts of the black and blue lines are connected, and the pump start signal is output. The controller rises to the set position, and the contacts of the black and blue lines are disconnected, terminating the pump start signal. Multiple sets of controllers can also be connected in series to control the water pump, preventing the controller from malfunctioning and damaging the equipment during operation.

Precautions
The length of the controller signal line is divided into six specifications: 2m, 4mm, 10mm, 15m, and 20m. If special lengths are required, they can be manufactured according to the protocol. When the controller signal line is insufficient and requires an intermediate connector, the connector must not be immersed in conductive water, and unused signal lines must be insulated. If the liquid level controller installed in operation does not work for a long time, it should be checked regularly once a month.
