Overview
JY-1GF high-temperature anti-corrosion liquid level controller adopts high flexibility silicone rubber cable and stainless steel ball. The built-in contact mechanism utilizes the buoyancy effect of the liquid to automatically flip the controller as the liquid level rises or falls, and the internal contacts switch between on and off states to issue control signals. Due to the absence of any external operating mechanism, the action is accurate and reliable, especially suitable for automatic control of live water discharge containing impurities and viscous substances, automatic control of non flammable and explosive liquids and oils in industrial production, and automatic supply control of domestic water.

Working principle
There are three control wires in the liquid level controller cable, blue (input wire), green and black (output wire). The blue and green lines are the control lines of the drainage system. When the controller floats to the set position, the contacts of the blue and green lines are connected, and the pump on signal is output; The controller descends to the set position, and the contacts of the blue and green lines separate, terminating the pump on signal. The blue and black lines are the control lines of the water supply system. When the controller descends to the set position, the contacts of the blue and black lines are connected, and the pump start signal is output. The controller rises to the set position, and the contacts of the blue and black lines are disconnected, terminating the pump start signal. Multiple sets of controllers can also be connected in series to control the water pump, preventing the controller from malfunctioning and damaging the equipment during operation.

Precautions
1. The length of the controller signal line is divided into two specifications: 5m and 10m. If special lengths are required, they can be manufactured according to the protocol. When the controller signal line is insufficient and requires an intermediate connector, the connector must not be immersed in conductive water, and unused signal lines must be insulated. If the liquid level controller installed in operation does not work for a long time, it should be checked regularly once a month.
