The ZSK series vacuum water intake controller is suitable for the vacuum water intake system of centrifugal water pumps. When the vacuum is formed in the evacuated water pump (all air inside the pump casing is expelled), a timely and accurate vacuum formation signal can be sent out to act on the water pump control circuit, in order to achieve linkage control of the centrifugal water pump's vacuum water intake operation mode.

Working principle
During normal operation of the centrifugal water pump vacuum water intake system as shown in Figure 1, valves 1F, 2F, 3F, and 5F are open, while valve 4F is closed. When the water pump draws water, start the vacuum pump, open the ZS solenoid valve, and the air inside the water pump housing is discharged to the atmosphere through 1F, 2F, ZSK-1, ZS, 3F, 5F and the vacuum pump. After the vacuum is formed, the normally open contact in ZYK-1 is closed, the intermediate relay is connected, the vacuum pump is stopped, the solenoid valve is closed, and the water pump is started. If maintenance of ZS solenoid valve and ZSK-1 vacuum water intake controller is required, open valves 1F, 4F, and 5F. Close valves 2F and 3F. When the vacuum is not formed, the floating ball falls and the control contact is in a disconnected state, as shown in the ZSK-1 structural diagram (Figure 2); After a vacuum is formed inside the pump casing, the water inside the pump casing enters the vacuum water intake controller cylinder through 1F and 2F. Raise the float and when it reaches the top, the magnetic ring inside the float acts on the wet reed tube inside the conduit, causing the control contact to close and emitting a vacuum formation signal.
