1、 Overview of Q-type Partial Rotary Valve Electric Device
Partial rotary valve electric device is suitable for 90 degree rotary valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and air damper baffles. Q is an integrated type, DQ is a stacked type (Z-type electrical installation with a two-stage reducer). Used to control the opening, closing, or adjustment of valves, it can be remotely controlled or operated on site. Widely used in sectors such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water plants, and sewage treatment.
According to the usage environment, Q and DQ are outdoor types, QB is explosion-proof type, QZ is integral type, and QT is regulating type.
The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Devices of Ordinary Valves"; The performance of the explosion-proof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB3836.2-2000 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices". And it has been verified by the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center and obtained an explosion-proof certificate.
2、 Model representation method for Q-type partial rotary valve electric device
Model example:
Q10-1B represents an integrated partial rotation, with an output torque of 100N. m (10Kgf. m) and an output speed of 1r/min, explosion-proof type.
2. DQ8000-0.26Z stacked structure, output torque of 80000N. m (8000Kgf. m), output speed of 0.26r/min, overall ordinary type.
3、 Working environment and main technical parameters
1. Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC, 380V (special order 220V or 660V), 50Hz (special order 60Hz); The control line is 220V, 50Hz (special order 60Hz); Remote control is 24V.
2 Work environment
2.1 Environmental temperature: -20~+60 º C (special orders -60~+80 º C).
2.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 90% (at 25 º C)
2.3 Surrounding media: Ordinary type is used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media; There are two types of explosion-proof products, dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non mining working faces such as coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1-T4 groups. (See GB3836.1 for details)
2.4 Protection level: IP44-IP68
