The UHZ-111/C electric remote transmission magnetic float level gauge mainly consists of five parts: main body, magnetic float, sensor, transmitter, and display instrument. The working principle is that the magnetic float inside the main body simultaneously attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position inside the sensor with the rise and fall of the liquid level, so that the total resistance (or voltage) inside the sensor changes accordingly. Then, through the transmitter, the resistance (or voltage) is converted into a standard current output of 4-20mA. DC, and our company specially produces a digital liquid level control instrument to display the liquid level and set the upper and lower limit alarms, achieving positional control or adjustment of the liquid level. In addition, it can also be matched with the DSB type light column digital display instrument produced by our factory for more intuitive display. Or it can be matched with any other display instrument or regulator that can accept 4-20mA DC signal input to achieve remote display of liquid level, positional control, intermittent or continuous PID regulation.
