The fully intelligent analog input channel module can achieve full range free input of thermal resistance, thermocouple, and standard signals. Eight flow accumulation algorithms can be used to complete linear and square root fully compensated flow accumulation calculations for general gases, saturated steam, and superheated steam, and can recall the total accumulation and daily accumulation of the past 32 days.
It can achieve multi-channel 24V feeding with a two-wire 4-20mA input, directly connected to the transmitter, and is very convenient for on-site use. In addition, the 2180 paperless recorder can provide four current outputs of 0-10mA and 4-20mA.
The instrument record data can be analyzed on the upper computer through a USB drive, and all recorded data can be displayed in the form of single channel curves, multi-channel curves, and numerical reports. By dragging the cursor on the recorded curve, the curve value and its time at any point can be displayed.
Through the 485 communication interface, the 2180 paperless recorder can be networked with Kingview to form a data acquisition and management system, displaying network collected data in various forms such as data reports, curves, bar charts, etc.
Using TFT true color LCD, the 2180 paperless recorder can display recorded data in various forms such as curves, bar charts, and numbers, and can achieve selective display and cyclic display of single channel curves/multi-channel curves, bar charts, and numbers. In particular, the simulation of paper-based display for recording curves and dynamic browsing of historical curves have enabled the 2180 paperless recorder to reach a leading level in China.
