Adjustment of Setting Values:
The steps for adjusting the set value of the pressure controller are illustrated as follows:
[Example]: Select a pressure controller with a specification of 0-0.8MPa, and require the output pressure of the gas compressor to be maintained between 0.5-0.6MPa. The specific operating steps are as follows:
Connect the switch terminal of the controller to the power control circuit of the compressor motor (connect terminal 1.3 for voltage reduction and disconnect for voltage boost). Introduce the controlled gas into the bellows chamber of the controller.
Rotate the set value adjustment lever to make the pointer indicate 0.5 MPa on the scale scale, which is the lower switching value.
Connect the power supply to activate the compressor and increase the gas pressure. Repeatedly adjust the switching knob to switch the controller switch when the pressure rises to 0.6 MPa (upper switching value).

Installation:
Open the watch cover and install the controller vertically on the dashboard. It is strictly prohibited to manually move or use tools to collide with the arm to prevent changes in performance.
Remove the locking nut and rotate the adjusting rod until the pointer points to the desired pressure setting value, then tighten the locking nut.
Rotate the switch knob to obtain the desired switch difference.
Unscrew the joint and solder a broken piece of 6mm diameter metal pressure pipe onto the sleeve, then tighten the joint to seal the connecting pipe,
The controlled medium enters the corrugated tube chamber through a metal pressure tube, as shown in the following figure.

Recheck if the installation is properly cut, install the meter cover, and turn on the power. According to the usage of the controller, regular calibration should be carried out.
Process of action of single pole double throw micro switch:
Terminal 1-3: Connect when the pressure drops to the lower switching value.
Terminal 1-2: Open when the pressure drops to the lower switching value.
Cable: 12mm marine or 7.5mm three core.
Notes:
The indicator value of the controller pointer is the down switch value, and the adjustment range of the set value is the adjustment range of the down switch value.
The number on the toggle knob only indicates the magnitude of the toggle difference, not the actual value, which should be read from the standard table.
When the pressure of the controlled medium does not exceed a given pressure value, the pointer should be adjusted to be one switching difference lower than the given value (i.e. lower switching)
After adjusting the value, do not turn the switch knob again.
The switching difference adjustment range given in the specification table refers to the minimum adjustment range provided, and the actual range is slightly wider than the comparable table column.
