Adjustment of Setting Values:
The steps for adjusting the set value of the pressure controller are illustrated as follows:
[Example]: Select a controller with a specification of 0-0.8MPa, and require the pressure to rise to 0.4MPa to send a contact signal. The operation steps are as follows:
1. Loosen the fastening screw
2. Add pressure to 0.4 MPa, which can be read from a standard pressure gauge.
3. Rotate the set value adjustment nut clockwise until the switch contact switches at 0.4MPa.
4. Adjust the pressure of the pressure calibrator to fluctuate back and forth around 0.4 MPa, and check whether the contact switching value is 0.4 MPa when the pressure rises,
This value is the upper switching value to be set, and its corresponding lower switching value should be 0.4MPa minus the switching difference of 0.04MPa (about),
That is around 0.36MPa.

Notes:
When opening the controller cover, do not turn the internal screws or manipulate the internal parts.
The controller is set to the lower switching value. The adjustment range of the set value refers to the adjustment range of the down switching value.
Do not exceed the maximum allowable pressure during debugging.
The surrounding environment should be free of corrosive gases.
The controller is guaranteed to be used for 18 months from the date of leaving the factory. If it is a product quality issue, it is responsible for timely repair or replacement.
