1、 PN Mud Pump Product Overview
PNL and PN type mud pumps are single-stage single suction mud pumps, discrete mud pumps, and horizontal mud pumps. They are suitable for transporting liquids containing solid particles and are widely used in hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, transportation of mineral sand liquids in mines, and pumping various slurries in building materials, papermaking, textiles, food, feed and other departments. The maximum concentration is 50% -60% (by weight). PNL and PN type mud pumps use wear-resistant alloy materials for their flow-through parts, which have a long service life. The open impeller is connected by a threaded shaft, and the gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to maintain efficient operation. There are seven types of PNL and PN mud pumps: 1pn, 2pn, 3pn, 4pn, 6pn, 2pnl, and 3pnl.
2、 Structure Description of PN Mud Pump
(1) The wear-resistant cast iron is used for the flow bearing parts of the mud pump, which has a long service life. (2) The gap between the impeller and the guard plate of the mud pump can be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain high work efficiency. (3) The bearings of the mud pump with a diameter of 4 inches or more are directly installed in the horizontal middle bracket, which is easy to disassemble and adjust in a timely manner. A water-cooled coil is also installed in the oil tank to improve the working conditions of the bearings.
