3、 Precautions for use:
1. Open the filling hole cover of the diesel tank, insert and unscrew the bucket pump. One end of the input oil pipe is fixed on the outlet joint of the extractor, and the other end is connected to the liquid container.
2. Pull the pressure reducing valve adjustment knob out of the locking position (i.e. backward), and clamp the air pipe to the intake joint of this plug-in barrel pump.
3. Open the air outlet valve (or pipeline valve) of the air compressor to allow compressed air to enter the diesel tank through the air pipe, ball valve, and pressure reducing valve. At the same time, adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve (i.e. turn the adjustment knob to reduce counterclockwise pressure and increase clockwise pressure), so that the pressure gauge pointer of the pressure reducing valve is between 0.015-0.125MPa. Then lock the adjustment knob (i.e. push forward), and the liquid in the tank will be extracted.

4、 Scope of use:
This pneumatic bucket pump is powered by compressed air and is used to extract various liquids from the container. It is particularly suitable for flammable, explosive, and highly volatile oils and solvents, and has the functions of lightweight, convenient, fast extraction speed, and safe and reliable liquid extraction.

5、 Safety precautions
Due to the principle of air pressure in this product, compressed air must be filled into the barrel in order for the liquid to be extracted. The higher the pressure, the faster the extraction speed, but the degree of pressure resistance inside the barrel. Excessive pressure can cause the entire body to burst, so the use of pneumatic bucket pumps must strictly comply with the following requirements to ensure safety.
1. The pressure resistance of the storage tank using this bucket pump must be three times higher than the working pressure of this bucket pump.
2. Before use, the safety valve should be checked for flexibility (by pulling the retaining ring for inspection). When the pressure of the pressure reducing valve reaches 0.03MPa during use, the safety valve should work (i.e. the small hole should release air). If there is any abnormality, it should be stopped and repaired.
3. When using, strictly follow the instructions and "Instructions for Use", and pay special attention to the pressure gauge pointer of the pressure reducing valve not exceeding 0.025MPa to avoid accidents. If the pressure is too high, turn the pressure reducing valve adjustment knob counterclockwise in a timely manner, or pull the safety valve retaining ring to reduce the pressure.
4. When using, do not knock the bucket pump randomly to avoid air leakage or pressure relief valve failure, and safety valve loss of control causing accidents.
5. Pressure gauges should be regularly calibrated according to measurement requirements.
