The QS type water filled submersible electric pump consists of two main parts: a water pump and an electric motor. The stator winding and iron core of the water filled motor are directly immersed in water, which has the characteristics of good cooling effect, high output power, and high efficiency. Three phase motors are divided into two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The sliding bearings are made of high-quality graphite sleeves and stainless steel thrust discs, which respectively bear the radial and axial forces during the operation of the electric pump. Application of submersible pump:
Due to its special structure, this series of electric pumps have minimal pollution to water sources during use. Submersible pump usage conditions:
The electric pump should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed+40 ℃;
2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5;  
3. The volume ratio of solid impurities shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm
4. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value;
5. The diving depth shall not be less than 0.5m
