The QX-N and QXN type built-in submersible electric pumps consist of a water pump, a seal, an electric motor, and a cooling water jacket. The electric motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor; The pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and has a multi-stage centrifugal impeller radial guide vane structure; Two independent wear-resistant mechanical seals are used between the pump and the motor, and "O" - shaped oil resistant rubber seals are used for static sealing at each fixed sealing point; The motor casing has a steel cooling water jacket. When the electric pump is in operation, water flows through the gap between the water jacket and the motor, providing good cooling for the motor and bearings. Therefore, the upper part of the submersible electric pump can be exposed to the water surface for operation The shaft of the electric pump is treated with hard chrome plating, which is not easy to wear or corrode, and is convenient for the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
·The QX-N type electric pump motor below 5.5KW (including 5.5KW) is equipped with a protective device that can disconnect the power supply to protect the motor in case of abnormal conditions such as phase loss, overload, and motor overheating.

2、 Submersible pump usage conditions:
Submersible electric pumps can operate continuously and normally under the following usage conditions:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃;  
2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5;  
3. The volume of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.5%, and the particle diameter shall not exceed 2mm
4. The power supply has a three-phase voltage of 380V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a voltage fluctuation range of 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
