2、 Overview
The UH501 series pressure transmitter is a high-performance and cost-effective industrial universal pressure transmitter assembled with pressure resistance pressure sensors as sensitive components. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, high corrosion resistance, and sturdy and compact structure. It has a wide range of applications in petrochemical, power station, gas, water treatment, food processing, and all other industrial occasions that require high pressure measurement, and enjoys a high reputation in the industry.
The core component of the UH501 series transmitter is the isolated piezoresistive sensor assembly. The sensitive element of this assembly utilizes the piezoresistive effect of single crystal silicon to diffuse an active four arm resistance strain bridge on the silicon wafer. The measured pressure is transmitted to the sensitive element through an isolation diaphragm sealed by an electron beam and filled with silicon oil. Due to the piezoresistive effect, the strain bridge loses its transverse direction, and the sensitive element outputs an electrical signal that changes linearly with the measured pressure. After temperature compensation, it is output to an electronic amplifier, which amplifies it and outputs a standard 4-20mA two-wire signal after zero and full adjustment.
The electronic amplifier is designed with reverse diodes, through type capacitors, and transient voltage suppression diodes to achieve high-performance reverse protection, resistance to radio frequency, electromagnetic interference, and overvoltage protection. The transmitter housing is made of low copper aluminum alloy, and the part in contact with the process medium is made of 316 material.

External magnetic field strength: can be used in 400A/m situations
Vibration impact: It can be used in environments with vibration frequencies of 10-60HZ, displacement amplitude of 0.07mm, vibration frequencies of 60-150HZ, and acceleration amplitude of 9.8m/s2.
Pressure interface connection: External threads include M20 × 1.5, 1/2-14NPT, G1/2 (can be customized according to user requirements)

5、 Installation and wiring
The UH501 series pressure transmitter can be directly installed on the appropriate interface thread, and the installation position has little effect on the measurement. Installation torque: 50Nm.
