This switch is used to measure the flow rate of liquids flowing through pipelines, such as water, ethylene, ethylene glycol, or any liquid that has no corrosive effect on brass or phosphor bronze and does not affect sealing performance. It cannot be used in hazardous liquids. Its typical application is in places that require interlocking or "cut-off" protection, such as critical or high-value products that require protection. This switch is often used as an independent backup control.
