S-CZ Magnetic Resistance Speed Sensor

The S-CZ reluctance speed sensor adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve speed measurement function, with good anti-interference performance, large output signal, no need for external power supply, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, water vapor, oil and gas.
Gear material: Metal materials with strong magnetic permeability should be used.
Tooth profile: Forming an involute tooth profile is the most suitable tooth profile. Using a large modulus tooth profile or other tooth profiles will cause significant waveform distortion, which will hinder accurate measurement. If the main shaft moves axially, it is important to note that the center of the magnetic pole should be at the center of the gear.
