UT-81 remote liquid level indicator

The UT-81 series fuel tank oil level sensor is an ideal indicator device for non corrosive liquid field and remote measurement of liquid level. Especially in the measurement of oil level in turbine oil tanks, it has been widely used for a long time.
UT-81 remote liquid level indicator, a set of devices with two working modes. The float generates buoyancy in the liquid and directly pushes the central rod. A red pointer is installed on the upper part of the rod to directly indicate the liquid level, and the surface is clear, with a large line of sight and easy observation; In addition, when the central push rod moves up and down, it drives the auxiliary pull rod, causing the armature at the top of the pull rod to move in the coil excited by the intermediate frequency source. The voltage of the coil changes, and after being detected and amplified by the secondary instrument, the displacement of the float up and down is converted into linear electricity, which transmits the liquid level change to the control room remotely.

The UT-81 liquid level indicator is divided into three forms: A, B, and C.
UT-81A type: Immersion liquid level indicator (the upper on-site indicator part is installed on the operating floor, the lower float part is installed on the fuel tank cover, and connected in the middle with an extension rod).
UT-81B type: straight tube liquid level indicator (installed outside the fuel tank, with a pipeline at the bottom of the indicator connected to the fuel tank).
UT-81C type: straight pipe immersion type liquid level indicator (also known as A, B combination type, can be directly installed on the fuel tank cover using the flange on the indicator).
