Usage Instructions

The LED-800 transmitter consists of a diffusion silicon sensor and a signal conversion module. The core component of the sensor is a single crystal silicon wafer. When the single crystal silicon wafer is compressed, its resistivity changes. Four resistors are diffused on a silicon wafer through semiconductor planar technology and connected to form a Stone bridge. Under constant current, a voltage signal proportional to the pressure signal can be output. The signal conversion module processes the voltage signal of the sensor and converts it into a 4-20mA standard signal.
The LED-800 pressure transmitter can be used to measure parameters such as pressure and liquid level of fluids (liquids, gases, and vapors), and convert the measured signal into a 4-20mA standard electrical signal output, which can be used as an input signal for indication, recording, and regulation. The LED-800 pressure transmitter has the advantages of small size, light weight, high accuracy, and low price. It can be equipped with on-site indicator meters, zero point migration, range expansion, and other functions.
