I. Overview
The WKL2000 Nu Ⅱ - Kote [TM] (anti adhesion) RF admittance level controller can detect all materials without being affected by changes in parameters such as density, particle size, chemical composition, deposition viscosity, and conductivity. Widely used for controlling various materials such as liquids, powders, slurries, solids, etc. Our company has introduced the US high-tech Nu II Kote (anti adhesion) circuit, which enables its sensing probe to have the function of resisting the adhesion of various materials (including conductive or insulating) aggregates, thereby preventing the probe from producing false signals and false signals, while also being able to resist the effects caused by various fluctuations. Can detect the (high) and (low) levels of various materials in the container. It is equipped with high-level or status mode fault alarms and has a fail safe function. The sensor probe is made of high-quality stainless steel and TEFLON material from the United States, and is used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive material applications.
2、 Working principle
The RF admittance level controller uses phase shift technology to detect the presence or absence of materials in the silo. The quartz crystal oscillator in electronic circuits generates a high-frequency sine signal with a frequency within the wireless point emission spectrum.
The high-frequency oscillation signal is sent directly to the detection electrode on one side, and through a voltage follower on the other side, it is sent to the anti adhesion protection electrode. Phase detector compares the signal from the detection rod with the reference signal in phase. Due to the difference in dielectric constant and conductivity of all materials compared to air, the reactance (including capacitance and impedance) of the signal will change when the electrode touches the material. The change in reactance causes a phase change in the high-frequency signal on the pole. Therefore, the difference between the high-frequency signal on the pole and the reference signal also changes accordingly. After processing, this change drives the output circuit and sends out an alarm signal.
Due to the fact that the voltage follower is a 1:1 voltage amplifier, the signal applied to the protective cover and the signal applied to the detection rod have the same magnitude and phase, but are independent of each other. Therefore, high-frequency signals on the detection electrode cannot flow into the chamber wall through the adhesive layer, as there must be a potential difference in the flow of current. The RF admittance level controller utilizes this equipotential principle to completely eliminate the influence of adhesive layers.
