Product Description

The Z-series multi turn ordinary thrust type valve electric device is equipped with a thrust disc, and the output torque is converted into output thrust through the valve stem nut in the thrust disc. The Z series electric installation is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, throttle valves, water gates, etc. Can be used for both open stem valves and concealed stem valves.

Power supply: conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz); Special, three-phase 660V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz); Single phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
Environmental temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special orders -40~+80 ℃).
Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (at 25 ℃).
Protection type: Outdoor type used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. (See GB3836.1 for details)
Protection level: IP55 (special orders IP65, IP67).
Work schedule: Short 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders).
