Overview
The UDM-20 float level (interface) transmitter can continuously measure the liquid level or interface (when measuring the interface, the density difference between the two liquids is ≥ 0.1g/cm3). It is matched with the HF series digital display alarm and can be used for remote measurement, adjustment, control, and alarm of liquid level and interface in departments such as petroleum, chemical, textile, food, brewing, pharmaceuticals, ships, power generation, and water supply and drainage.
This instrument is a two-wire instrument with an output current of 4~20mA.DC and a power supply voltage of 24V. DC.
Structural principle
The operation of UDM-20 float level (interface) transmitter is based on the buoyancy and magnetic principles of the float. When the float floats up and down, the permanent magnet inside the float causes the reed switch inside the conduit to move, thereby obtaining a voltage signal proportional to the liquid level.
The operation of sensors is based on the buoyancy and magnetic principles of the float. When the float floats up and down with the liquid level (interface), the magnetic force of the permanent magnet inside the float acts on the reed tube inside the conduit, causing the reed tube at the corresponding height to close, obtaining a voltage signal proportional to the liquid level, which is converted into a standard signal of 4-20mA.DC by a converter.
