The LZD-YF series digital metal tube float flowmeter is a patented product developed by Huajiang. It has a 4-digit LCD display for on-site flow and has (4-20mA) two-wire or (0-10mA) four wire output. It has wireless transmission and automatic temperature compensation functions, and can be used in conjunction with secondary electric unit instruments to achieve remote display, recording, accumulation, alarm, automatic adjustment and other functions of the measured medium flow rate. It can also input instrument signals into a computer network for use. The components in contact with the medium of this flowmeter are made of 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, or lined with polytetrafluoroethylene. This product is suitable for industries such as chemical, light industry, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, metallurgy, petroleum, etc. Especially suitable for environments and places that are toxic and harmful to human health. This flowmeter is almost entirely made of stainless steel, so it is not only durable, but also has a low price, easy and intuitive installation appearance and size, and can achieve self-control purposes.

The wiring methods can be divided into two types: wired transmission and wireless transmission (see attached structural diagram)
Installation and Usage
After the LZD series digital metal tube float flowmeter is opened and checked for accuracy, the filling material should be removed. The instrument should be installed vertically on a vibration free pipeline. If horizontal installation is required, additional instructions should be provided when ordering. The angle between the instrument centerline and the plumb line should not exceed 5 degrees. The length of the straight pipe section of the instrument during installation should be greater than 5 times the diameter of the instrument to eliminate the influence of eddy currents.
2. Before installing the instrument, the newly installed pipeline should be flushed clean. If the measured medium contains particle impurities or bubbles, a filtering device or exhaust port should be installed upstream of the instrument. During installation, the fluid must flow from bottom to top. If the fluid flows from top to bottom, the instrument cannot work. If the measured medium is pulsating flow, appropriate size buffering devices such as stabilizing tanks should be installed downstream to eliminate pulsation.
3. In order to facilitate the inspection of instrument zero point and disassembly, maintenance, and debugging, stop valves and bypass valves should be installed upstream and downstream of the instrument.
After installing the instrument according to regulations, the upstream and downstream shut-off valves of the instrument should be closed first; After rechecking the wiring of the instrument and the secondary instrument, if there are no errors, turn on the power supply of the secondary instrument and the instantaneous flow rate should be displayed as zero. To use normally, the upstream valve should be fully opened first, and then the downstream regulating valve of the flow meter should be slowly adjusted from small to large to adjust the flow rate. The instantaneous flow rate should change accordingly. When stopping work, the upstream valve should be closed first, and then the downstream regulating valve should be closed.

Please specify the working pressure, temperature, measurement range, pipe diameter size, installation method (the default installation method for flow meters is vertical installation), and instrument signal output (0-10mA) or (4-20mA) when placing an order. According to customer requirements, wired or wireless transmission can be selected (the default transmission method for flow meters is wired transmission). If there are special needs, the monitoring flow can be doubled for flow meters of the same caliber, but the requirements must be specified when ordering; Work pressure can also be customized according to customer needs.
