The UDZ-01S, -02S, and 03S dual color electric contact level gauges use two sets of red and green light-emitting tubes to simulate water (green) and steam (red) in the display, clearly indicating the position of the water level in the container. The 01S type is a medium low pressure level gauge, the 02S type is a high pressure level gauge, and the 03S type is an ultra-high pressure level gauge. The entire set of instruments consists of a measuring cylinder and a secondary instrument.

The outstanding advantage of the dual color electric contact level gauge is that it can adapt to the variable parameter operation of the boiler, and can operate under variable parameter conditions such as boiler start and stop. The instruments can accurately display the water level in the control room. Without the need for complex calibration devices, instrument maintenance and calibration are greatly simplified. The electric contact level gauge has a simple structure, small volume, and eliminates the need for bulky differential pressure gauges, pressure transmission conduits, and valves, reducing metal consumption and alleviating the labor intensity of workers during maintenance.

The 03 type measuring cylinder has higher requirements for overall sealing performance and structural strength based on the ultra-high pressure and critical requirements of power units with a power output of over 300000 kW.
