Structural principle:
The UGD type transparent glass tube level gauge is equipped with connecting flanges on both the upper and lower valves. The flange joint is welded to the measured container to form a connector, so that the height of the medium level in the container can be directly displayed on the glass tube.
Both the upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass tube breaks due to an accident, the steel balls can block the channel under the working pressure of the container, so that the valve automatically seals to prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out.
The lower end of the instrument is equipped with a drain valve for sampling, maintenance, flushing, or discharging residual liquid.

Instructions for Use:
To ensure self sealing, the pressure of the medium inside the container should be greater than 0.2 MPa.
When opening the upper and lower valves, the number of rotations of the valve stem should not be less than 4 to prevent the steel ball from touching the top of the valve stem during self sealing.
