The LC-W series micro flowmeter is a novel micro flowmeter developed based on the absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. It has the characteristics of small flow rate, simple structure, high measurement accuracy, convenient use, and long service life. It has strong adaptability to the viscosity of the measured liquid, no requirements for the flow state of the measured liquid, and no special requirements for the pressure of the measured liquid. It can work and measure automatically. The display instrument has the functions of displaying total flow rate, current flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, and zero return, and can achieve on-site display and remote transmission. It is particularly suitable for accurate measurement of small flow rates of various liquids such as automobile fuel consumption, boiler fuel, medicine, food, chemical raw materials, alcohol, milk, plant oil tanks, etc.

working principle

The LC-W series micro flowmeter consists of a flow transmitter and a display instrument. The measuring chamber of the flow transmitter has a pair of measuring rotors, which together with the measuring chamber form several cavities of known volume as measuring units. Under the action of the slight pressure difference at the outlet, the rotor is driven to rotate, and the imported liquid is continuously metered through the measuring chamber and sent to the outlet (see Figure 1). At the same time, the sensor generates corresponding electrical signals and sends them to the display instrument. After processing by the display instrument, it can display both the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the liquid.
