SF20 is a metal tube small flow float flowmeter that can measure small flow of liquids and gases. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable measurement and a wide range of applications. The instrument is equipped with a fine-tuning valve, which facilitates users to set specific flow rates. The instrument is based on the principle of float measurement. Standard type product, the medium flow direction is side in and side out (flange connection is bottom in and top out). It is divided into on-site indication type and LCD display with 4-20mA current output type.

Measurement principle:

By using a magnetic sensor to measure the magnetic field strength with a magnetic float equivalent to zero flow rate, the signal proportional to the medium flow rate is amplified and digitized, and its characteristic curve is transformed using microprocessor and software technology, and saved in memory. LCD digital is used for local indication, and a 4-20mA two-wire current output independent of the load is generated.

Features:
Sturdy and corrosion-resistant stainless steel metal measuring cone tube.
Double card sleeve joints can be selected, with piping diameter of 6mm or 8mm, and flange connections can also be chosen. The flange standard is determined according to user requirements.
For situations with significant pressure fluctuations, an optional pressure regulator (constant current regulator) can be connected
The installation or maintenance of instruments is simple and convenient for loading and unloading.
