EN-500 Portable Trace Oxygen AnalyzerDetailed product description:

The EN-500 portable trace oxygen analyzer uses a completely sealed fuel pool oxygen sensor, which is currently one of the most advanced oxygen measurement methods internationally. The fuel pool oxygen sensor is composed of highly active oxygen electrodes and lead electrodes, immersed in a solution of KOH. At the cathode, oxygen is reduced to hydroxide ions, while at the anode, lead is oxidized. The KOH solution is separated from the outside by a polymer film, and the sample gas does not directly enter the sensor, so the solution and lead electrode do not need to be cleaned or replaced regularly. The oxygen molecules in the sample gas diffuse into the oxygen electrode through a polymer film for electrochemical reaction. The current generated in the electrochemical reaction is determined by the number of oxygen molecules diffusing into the oxygen electrode, and the diffusion rate of oxygen is proportional to the oxygen content in the sample gas. Therefore, the output signal size of the sensor is only related to the oxygen content in the sample gas, and is independent of the total amount of gas passing through the sensor. Through the connection of external circuits, the charge transfer in the reaction, that is, the magnitude of the current, is directly proportional to the oxygen participating in the reaction.
By using this method for oxygen measurement, it is possible to avoid the influence of reducing gases in the measured gas and eliminate many sample gas processing systems. It is faster than the old-fashioned "gold mesh lead" primary battery for oxygen measurement, without the need for a long start-up blow off process. The "gold mesh lead" primary battery sample gas directly enters the solution, resulting in a large amount of instrument maintenance, while the fuel cell method sample gas does not directly enter the solution, and the sensor can work very stably and reliably for a long time. In fact, fuel cell oxygen sensors are completely maintenance free. The EN-500 micro oxygen analyzer uses a fuel based oxygen sensor to measure oxygen, with fast instrument response and low maintenance.
Key Features:
Imported fuel cell based trace oxygen detection components are selected, which have long lifespan and fast reaction speed.
Suitable for measuring trace oxygen in reducing gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, etc.
Adopting a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue menu, the operation is intuitive and convenient.
Adopting a large screen dot matrix LCD display, it can simultaneously display parameters such as oxygen level, date, and time.
The upper and lower limit alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full range.
Equipped with a paperless recorder function, it automatically records the curve of oxygen concentration changes over time
Output standard signals of 0-10 or 4-20mA.
A standard RS232 communication port that can connect to a serial printer or achieve bidirectional communication with a computer.
