There are already 93% sulfuric acid concentration meters using boiling point method, specific gravity method, and resonance method in China. Now, based on the strong corrosiveness of the dry absorption process, we have developed a novel non-contact ultrasonic sulfuric acid concentration meter.
As early as the 1960s, ultrasonic industrial measurement technology was very popular. Due to the difficulty of meeting technical requirements with the electronic technology that matched it at that time, the route was complex, the failure rate was high, the maintenance volume was large, and the investment was high. With the development of computers and integrated circuits, the application fields of ultrasound technology are becoming increasingly widespread. Sensors made using ultrasonic principles have a simple structure, stability, reliability, and strong corrosion resistance, making them very convenient for users to use. The EN-730 acid concentration analyzer is an ultrasonic sulfuric acid concentration measuring instrument, which is a new generation product developed based on field applications. This instrument is constructed based on the principle of propagation and reflection of ultrasonic pulse waves in a medium. The computer emits a pulse, amplifies it, and transmits it to the ultrasonic transducer. The electrical pulse is converted into ultrasonic waves on the transducer and transmitted back to the reflection plate for scanning. It is then converted into an electrical signal by the ultrasonic transducer to measure the concentration of sulfuric acid.
