The UQC series magnetic float level gauge is used for measuring liquid levels in various open or closed containers, especially for high-pressure, high-temperature, high viscosity, and highly corrosive media. Due to the complete isolation between the measured medium and the indicator, it has higher reliability, safety, and practicality than traditional plate and tube level gauges. Widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food production processes.

The liquid level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 º. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
