The LUKW series intelligent spiral vortex gas flowmeter adopts the latest microprocessing technology, which has the advantages of strong functionality, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, and easy installation and use. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Widely used in various gas metering industries such as petroleum, chemical, urban gas supply, electricity, metallurgy, and coal.
working principle
The profile of the flow sensor housing is similar to that of a Venturi tube, with large ends and small middle. There is a set of guide vanes that forcibly generate vortices in the contraction section on the inlet side, and a rectifier grid that eliminates vortex flow on the outlet side to restore axial flow of the fluid. When the fluid flows into the flow sensor, the guide vanes at the inlet force the axially flowing fluid to rotate, and in the contraction section, due to the accelerated flow of the fluid, a vortex flow is generated at the center of the rotating flow. At this point, as the cross-section of the pipe shrinks, the vortex flow concentrates on the central axis. When the vortex fluid enters the diffusion section, due to the slowing down of the flow velocity, the rotating fluid is subjected to the effect of backflow and begins to undergo a second rotation. The vortex flow reaches a turning point (at which the axial velocity component of the fluid is zero), forming a vortex precession phenomenon, hence it is called a precession vortex. After the detection element detects the precession frequency signal, the secondary instrument displays the total flow rate, temperature, pressure, etc.

4. The unique functions of time display and real-time data storage ensure that internal data will not be lost in any situation and can be permanently saved.
5. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.
6. The anti-theft function is reliable, with password protection to prevent parameter changes.
7. The header can rotate 180 degrees freely, making installation convenient.
