The ATLX type lifting torque limiter is a new intelligent product. It can be applied to all lifting equipment that requires measurement and control of lifting torque, and is widely used in portal, tower cranes, and other cantilever lifting machinery in ports and docks.

Using computer technology, the host comprehensively processes the collected signals such as weight, height, amplitude, etc., displays the values of each part, and outputs the corresponding switch values. And it can be connected to the user's PLC via RS232 or RS485 communication interface according to user requirements.
The ATLX type lifting torque limiter consists of a force sensor (with transmitter junction box), amplitude sensor, height sensor (optional), host, display (optional), etc.

Weighing error: ≤± 1% F.S, minimum displayed value: 0.01t
Amplitude variation error: ≤± 5cm, minimum displayed value: 0.01m

Pre alarm: ≥ 90% rated load, buzzer emits intermittent alarm sound
Delay alarm: ≥ 105% rated load, delay for 2 seconds to cut off the rising control circuit and amplification circuit, and emit continuous alarm sound
Immediate alarm: When the rated load is ≥ 120%, immediately cut off the rising control circuit and amplification circuit, and emit a continuous alarm sound
Immediate alarm for amplitude change: immediately cut off the amplification circuit and emit a continuous alarm sound
Alarm release: Stop the alarm sound when it returns to the rated range, and the circuit that was cut off will resume normal operation after 2 seconds
Allow sensor short-term overload value: 120% rated value

Due to the large number of specifications and models of lifting machinery both domestically and internationally, there is no unified standard. Therefore, users must provide the following information when ordering torque limiters:
(1) Rated tonnage and magnification of the crane;
(2) Drawings of the installation of sensors and arm transmission mechanism;
(3) Crane amplitude range (or boom angle range) and transmission diagram of amplitude mechanism;
(4) Control point value (or function value) for limiting torque;
(5) The model, specifications, quantity, and display form of the sensors;
