Overview
The UHS-3010 series electric float liquid level (boundary) transmitter is a liquid level gauge produced by our company using the original intelligent liquid level transmitter from FISHER in the United States to measure the liquid level and boundary of the medium. The instrument ensures reliable liquid level (boundary) measurement with extremely high accuracy and stability, outputs 4-20mA standard DC signals, and uses a HART communicator compatible with the 3010 series intelligent liquid level controller. working principle
The UHS-3010 transmitter consists of four parts: a floating chamber, a floating chamber, and a twisted tube system for sensing and transmitting (FISHER).

When the liquid level inside the float chamber changes, it causes a change in buoyancy suspended by the torsion tube system immersed in the liquid (this force is the difference between the float's own weight and the buoyancy felt by the float). Under the action of this force, the twisted tube twists a certain angle. As the liquid level varies, this force also changes, and the angle of the twisted tube also varies, thus making the liquid level proportional to the twisting angle. Instrument structure
The UHS-3010 series products consist of a 3010 intelligent level transmitter and a 00 series float level sensor. The UHS-3010 series intelligent liquid level transmitter is a 24V DC powered instrument. The 00 series float level sensor consists of a float assembly and a torsion tube assembly. The float suspended in the liquid senses changes in buoyancy, which changes the torque on the torsion tube and causes a deviation in the angle of the torsion tube. The 3010 liquid level transmitter receives torque tube angle deflection and converts it into a 4-20mA current output with HART communication function. LCD display
This instrument uses a microcontroller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provide current output, drive an LCD display, and provide HART communication capability. (Figure 4) is a block diagram of the main components in the instrument electronic circuit. It consists of four main parts, namely LCD display, processor module, sensor circuit board, and terminal board. The processor module includes a microprocessor, analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, loop interface, signal adjustment, digital to analog (D/A) output, power supply, and interface with its main circuit board.
The sensor circuit board includes Hall sensors, temperature sensitive components for monitoring Hall sensors, and EPROMs for storing correlation coefficients with Hall sensors. The terminal board includes electromagnetic interference filters, circuit wiring terminals, and wiring for optional RTDs used to measure process temperature.

The controller receives electronic signals that have been compensated for environmental temperature and linearized. The microcontroller also actively compensates for changes in liquid density caused by temperature fluctuations during the process. This compensation is based on an input via the HART protocol or, if an RTD is connected, on the input of this optional RTD. The digital to analog (D/A) output circuit receives the output of the microcontroller and provides a 4-20mA current output signal.
During normal operation, when the input is between the upper and lower range values, the output signal range of the digital liquid level controller is between 4 and 20mA, and is proportional to the input. If the input exceeds the low and upper range values, its output will continue to be proportional to the input until 3.8 or 20.5mA. At this point, the output is considered saturated and will remain at this value until the input returns to the normal operating range. However, once an alarm occurs, the output is changed to 3.7 or 22.5mA, depending on the position of the alarm jumper.
The digital liquid level controller also provides reverse polarity protection, instantaneous surge voltage protection, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection.
