Overview
The UHS-144 series electric float liquid level (boundary) transmitter (see Figure 1) is an intelligent liquid level (boundary) transmitter produced by introducing the original imported header 144LD (see Figure 2) and 144LVD (see Figure 3) from FOXBORO. It is used to measure the liquid level, boundary, and density of the medium. The instrument ensures reliable measurement with extremely high accuracy and stability. The transmitter has HART or FOXBORO communication protocol, 4-20mA analog output, and can display%, mA or other physical units for free configuration. At the same time, the transmitter can be conveniently configured and managed (monitored) remotely using a PC and a universal handheld terminal, and can also be operated using conventional local buttons. The transmitter achieves the integration of the entire 1/A series measurement through HART or FOXCOM communication protocols.
working principle
The UHS-144 series electric float liquid level (boundary) transmitter is designed based on Archimedes' buoyancy principle (see Figure 4), using tiny metal film strain sensing technology to measure the liquid level, boundary or specific gravity of the medium.
