The UHS-A series magnetic liquid level gauge is a product developed and produced in accordance with the magnetic liquid level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, by introducing and attracting similar products at home and abroad, digesting, absorbing, and improving them. Can be used for measuring the liquid level of media in equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers. This magnetic level gauge series can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, the display is eye-catching, the reading is intuitive, and it can be equipped with a night light display. Especially in the on-site indication section, as it does not come into contact with liquid media, it can better demonstrate its superiority over temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it is more reliable, safe, progressiveness and practical than the traditional glass tube type and plate type liquid level gauge.
The most significant feature of the side mounted magnetic level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator, making it very safe and durable in any situation. Moreover, various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit over limit alarms or interlocks of the liquid level or boundary; Equipped with a dry spring chipset liquid level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into binary 4-20m ADC standard signals, which can be transmitted to computers, regulators, and liquid level digital displays for remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of liquid level gauges is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various production processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, and power.  

structural principle
The liquid level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the container rises and falls, the float dominated by the level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is coupled and transmitted to the on-site indicator, driving the red or white flip column to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
