Overview
The UHS-B series color quartz level gauge utilizes the principle of natural light refraction and reflection in liquids. With the help of red and green color filters, the liquid phase displays green and the gas phase displays red during measurement. Due to the large contrast between the liquid and gas phases, the indication is clear and distinct, making it more advantageous for remote operation and night patrols. This level gauge can be widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc. It is currently one of the most ideal direct reading level gauges at home and abroad.
For the measurement of mixing two different liquids, a three color interface quartz level gauge can be used. The three color interface quartz level gauge is designed based on the principle of buoyancy and specific gravity difference. The small float in the quartz tube is suspended at the boundary between the two media. Due to the black color of the float, the upper and lower parts of the liquid have different colors, so the display is prominent, thus solving the problem of unclear distinction between the two mixed media interfaces in the petrochemical production process.
