Overview
The UHS-L blind spot glass plate level gauge is used to directly indicate the liquid level height in pressure vessels and closed containers. Its characteristic is that the indicated liquid level has no blind spots and can be displayed in two colors without defects. It improves the main channel structure, ensures smooth medium flow, and enhances the anti viscosity and anti blocking ability of the instrument. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc., especially suitable for precise liquid level indication of large storage tanks such as heavy oil, residual oil, and pure ammonia.

working principle
The UHS-L series blind spot glass plate level gauge is connected to the container by upper and lower flanges. The glass plates on both sides are arranged in a staggered manner, and the blind spot on one side can be observed on the other side.
The upper and lower valve bodies of the level gauge are equipped with steel balls. When the glass plate is damaged due to an accident, the steel balls automatically seal under the pressure of the liquid level in the container (pressure in the container ≥ 0.3MPa), preventing the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out. There are drain valves at both ends of the level gauge for air removal, sampling, and flushing. During maintenance, residual liquid is released, which is beneficial for the maintenance and upkeep of the level gauge.
