I. Overview
The CDL series plug-in intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a highly intelligent and reliable flowmeter developed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and advanced international technology. It is widely used in the field of large diameter flowmeters due to its high cost-effectiveness.
2、 Characteristics
The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
There are no resistance components and no pressure loss inside the measuring tube.
The highly reliable external plug-in installation method allows for the installation and maintenance of sensors without the need to disassemble the measuring tube, making it more suitable for on-site use where water supply cannot be stopped for a long time. Additionally, it can be installed on old pipelines with openings on site.
The structure is simple, and the electromagnetic flowmeter measuring tube does not need an inner lining, with high reliability.
The nominal diameter range is wide and suitable for all diameters of pipelines between DN50 and DN3000.
Integrated grounding electrode to achieve good grounding of instruments.
The sensor adopts a novel excitation method, with low power consumption, stable zero point, and high accuracy. The flow range can reach 1500:1.
