WaveInjector is a special high-temperature waveguide used for clamp type ultrasonic flow measurement. With the help of this waveguide, FLEXIM's ambient temperature probe can work continuously at high temperatures of 400 ℃, even in explosion-proof environments, it can still work up to 400 ℃. Due to the direct installation of the waveguide on the outer wall of the pipeline, there is no need for process shutdown during installation. Typical applications include flow measurement in the chemical industry, which typically requires explosion-proof and temperatures above 120 ℃. Another common application is the measurement of thermal oil.

The metal waveguide plate transmits the signal from its probe to the pipe wall almost without attenuation.
