Overview
The PMC series pressure transmitter is a new type of pressure measuring instrument introduced. This instrument utilizes advanced ceramic diaphragm technology, dry pressure measurement technology without intermediate fluid, thick film electronic technology, SMT technology, and PFM signal transmission technology. It has unique structure, strong overload and impact resistance, high stability, small temperature drift, and easy installation and maintenance. It has been widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, textile, food, and medicine, and is an ideal pressure measurement instrument.

structural dimensions
Appearance:
Plastic casing (POM) with threaded terminal connection and cable sealing sleeve PG16. Indicator VU130 can also be included as needed. This casing is only suitable for PMC133.
Aluminum casing (painted) with threaded terminal connection and cable sealing sleeve 52PG16 or NPT1/2. This casing is only suitable for PMC133 and PMC430Z.
By connecting an interlocking diode across terminals 2 and 3 of PMC133, PMC133IZ, and PMC430Z, it is possible to monitor analog signal output online without cutting off the signal cable.
A buffer device is connected between terminals 4 and 5 in the PMC430Z wiring terminal, which can buffer 4-20mA output during pressure fluctuations. When wiring, the following points should be noted:
The external wires of intrinsic safety circuits should be arranged separately and are not allowed to be laid together with high-voltage cables.
The connecting wire between the transmitter and the safety barrier should be shortened as much as possible, and coiling is prohibited. The sum of the distributed inductance and distributed capacitance of the connecting wire and the equivalent inductance and equivalent capacitance of the transmitter must be less than the rated value specified by the safety barrier.
To ensure intrinsic safety performance, users are not allowed to replace components at will.

Debug
The PMC series pressure transmitter has been adjusted to the required range according to user requirements at the factory, and can be installed on site without debugging. If it is necessary to readjust the zero point and measurement range, the transmitter cover should be unscrewed, and the zero potentiometer (Z) and full range potentiometer (S) under the sliding cover should be debugged separately to achieve the desired values.
Install
Direct installation can be used. Use a pipe clamp to directly screw the transmitter onto the process pipeline, or use a pressure conduit connection method. Use the reserved screw hole behind the transmitter housing to install the transmitter into the instrument box.
On site monitor
PMC with plastic shell can be equipped with digital LCD field display VU130 or analog pointer field display
VU131 type.
Other PMC pressure transmitters
Aluminum shell PMC can be equipped with a simulated pointer on-site display. The protection level is IP65 for all. Can be used outdoors 24/7. Various on-site displays can rotate 270 ° to meet different installation needs.
PMC330 dust explosion-proof pressure transmitter: suitable for areas with dust explosion hazards, with an explosion-proof rating of Zone10, and the process connection structure is the same as PMC133. PMC531- PMC536/Z diaphragm pressure transmitter: suitable for high temperature, low temperature, strong corrosion, high viscosity, and crystalline media. It is also suitable for sanitary and explosive hazardous environments. Among them, PMC531 is anti fouling type, with process connections of DN25, 32, 40, and 50.
PMC534 is a screw in type, process connections: G1A, 1 1/2A, 2A; NPT 1”、1 1/2”、2”。
PMC535/Z is a flange type, with process connections of DN50 and DN80.
PMC536/Z is a universal type, with process connections including welded threaded connections, non welded threaded connections, and flange free bracket connections.
The explosion-proof rating of the "Z" type is Zone1 and Zone2.
