The LUIB plug-in vortex flow sensor can be widely used for measuring large-diameter gas, liquid, and steam flow in various industries. It can also measure turbid liquids containing small particles and impurities, and can be used as a flow transmitter in automatic control systems.
The LUIB plug-in vortex flow sensor is explosion-proof and complies with the relevant provisions of GB3836-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments". The explosion-proof mark is "ia Ⅱ CT6". This instrument is suitable for explosive hazardous areas of Class C T6 and below in factories.
principle
According to the International Organization for Standardization IS07145 (Measurement of fluid flow in a closed circular cross-section pipeline - Velocity measurement method at one point in the cross-section), a vortex street velocity probe embedded with a piezoelectric crystal is inserted into a large-diameter industrial pipeline to convert the Karman vortex frequency into a current or voltage pulse signal proportional to the flow rate or a 4-20mADC current signal.
