LDC20 flow sensor
1. Not affected by changes in temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and conductivity (not less than the minimum conductivity).
2. The sensor has a simple structure, no throttling components, and no blockage, making it suitable for measuring media with solid particles, fibers, suspended solids such as mud, pulp, slurry, sewage, etc.
3. Easy installation, no need for interruption, on-site pressure opening (below 1.0MPa), both economical and convenient.
4. Display cumulative flow (fourteen digit display) and instantaneous flow (six digit display).
5. Easy to operate and set up, settings can be completed through magnetic isolation keys, panel keyboards, handheld devices, or upper computers.
6. Zero point self calibration to eliminate zero drift.
7. Within the calibrated maximum flow range, the range can be set arbitrarily.
8. Forward and backward flow measurement. If there are no special requirements, the factory uses forward measurement.
9. Small signal cutoff function, users can set the cutoff of interfering small flow through the display panel.
10. Upper and lower limit alarms, users can set the instantaneous flow rate according to their actual needs. When the flow rate exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit set value, the buzzer will sound an alarm or there will be a relay output (optional for users).
11. Air traffic control judgment: In the working state, when the flow meter measures the air traffic inside the pipe, the instantaneous flow rate is displayed as EPo.
12. Password locking function: After the flowmeter is powered on, if parameters need to be set, a four digit password must be entered for parameter setting.
13. Power off protection function, the flow meter calculation results and user set parameters will not be lost after power off, stored by E2PROM, the data can be saved for a long time, and can be operated through the panel to check the cumulative flow rate of each hour within the current 24 hours.
14. Sliding filter from 0 to 20.
