Purpose:
The LWIQ and LWIB plug-in turbine flow sensors are paired with display instruments to form an plug-in turbine flow meter. It can be widely used to measure the instantaneous flow rate and total volume of liquids in large-diameter pipeline source water, circulating water, purified water, etc.
Characteristics:
LWIQ plug-in turbine flow sensor; Strong anti impurity ability, tangential impeller can release suspended debris in the fluid at any time during rotation, so that it will not wrap around the blades of tangential impeller
LWIQ and LWIB plug-in turbine flow sensors:
① The structure and principle of sensors and display instruments are very simple and intuitive, making it particularly easy for users to master their usage and maintenance techniques
② Has high resistance to electromagnetic interference and seismic resistance, low pressure loss, wide flow range, low lower limit flow rate, impeller with anti-corrosion function
③ The sensor can be installed outdoors, and the entire sensor can be submerged in water for a long time. It can be used in horizontal, vertical, and inclined pipelines
④ Sensors with shut-off valves do not require flow interruption during installation and disassembly
⑤ Adopting advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, the whole machine has strong functions, low power consumption, and superior performance. Intelligent flow display with non-linear accuracy compensation function. The accuracy of the correction formula is better than ± 0.02%
⑥ The instrument coefficient can be set online through buttons and displayed on the LCD screen. Using EEPROM for accumulated flow and instrument coefficient power failure protection for 10 years
