The GLW80/100/150/200/250/300 pipeline flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is an intrinsic safety instrument suitable for monitoring the flow rate of gas drainage pipelines under standard conditions in coal mines or on the ground.
The composition of the sensor is: flow sensor host, KKF83 series vortex flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as flowmeter).
The sensor host circuit is designed with a microcontroller, which can display instantaneous flow values locally and output frequency or current signals for remote acquisition; Can remotely adjust zero point and amplification factor, and has fault self checking function; Alarm points, power-off points, and power restoration points can be set up for convenient user operation.
The flowmeter adopts digital signal processing technology (DSP) in the signal processing circuit, and is designed with a 14 stage digital bandpass filter. Through the fast Fourier software algorithm, the signal detection sensitivity of the vortex street is improved, the anti vibration performance of the instrument is enhanced, and the limitations of traditional simulation methods for processing vortex street signals are overcome.
