Scope of Application
The MH-2 series vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) is a vacuum pumping pump that uses an oil sealed sliding valve to achieve a vacuum degree below 1.33pa, making it suitable for various high vacuum requirements.
The mechanical motion system of the pump is made by introducing advanced international technology. Using the rotational pressure air principle combined with Roche's law (oil splash lubrication) and Newton's law of inertia, and employing two-stage dual cooling and lubrication. The power used is only half of the W series (reciprocating) and X series (vane pump) (with the same pumping rate), and it has significant characteristics such as stability, reliability, low noise, low power consumption, and long service life. The main components such as the pump body are made of wear-resistant high silicon baked dense cast iron, which is surface treated and processed by a machining center in one clamping process. It has the characteristics of high precision, low wear, and minimal maintenance. This vacuum pump is widely used in industries such as dye chemical, food additive, pigment, paint, medicine, and fine chemical.
