The ZJP Roots vacuum pump is a derivative product of the ZJ Roots pump, belonging to the positive displacement vacuum pump, also known as the mechanical booster pump, and is currently one of the main pumping equipment for obtaining medium and high vacuum. Its pumping principle is the same as the ZJ Roots pump, which uses a pair of "8" - shaped rotors to rotate synchronously inside the pump casing, forming suction and exhaust, thus completing the pumping process.
Application

The ZJP type Roots waste air pump, when used in conjunction with a front-end pump, is widely used in vacuum degassing, air melting, vacuum surface treatment, aerospace space simulation, low-density wind tunnel testing, and other equipment for extracting non corrosive gases in the metal and non-metal materials industry. It can also be used in production processes such as vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, and vacuum crystallization in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and power equipment manufacturing.

1. The pump is mainly composed of rotor, pump casing, end cover, gear, bypass valve, etc.
2. Unlike the ZJ type Roots pump, the ZJP type Roots pump is equipped with a bypass valve, which is installed vertically between the inlet and outlet of the pump to maintain the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pump within the allowable pressure difference for reliable operation of the pump, providing automatic overload protection.
3. The rolling bearings on the front and rear end caps support the rotor between the pump casing and the two side end caps. There is a certain gap between the rotor and the end caps, and the rotor is driven to rotate by a pair of synchronous gears. 4. The four sets of internal shaft seals inside the end cover prevent lubricating oil from entering the pump casing on both sides, and the shaft seal at the outlet prevents gas leakage into the pump.
5. The function of the pre vacuum hole is to ensure that the Roots vacuum pump can quickly remove gas from the gear and bearing box, maintaining balance with the gas pressure inside the pump casing.
6. In order to control the oil temperature inside the pump, the pump is equipped with a gearbox cooler and an outlet oil seal cooling water jacket.
