Scope of Application
A dry screw vacuum pump is a pumping device that uses a pair of variable pitch screws to perform synchronous high-speed reverse rotation in the pump casing, generating suction and exhaust effects. The two screws are finely balanced and calibrated, supported by bearings, and installed in the pump casing. There is a certain gap between the screws, so there is no friction between them during pump operation, smooth operation, low noise, and no need for lubricating oil in the working chamber. Therefore, a dry screw pump can pump gases containing a large amount of water vapor and a small amount of dust. Due to the variable pitch structure of the screw, the extracted gas is compressed in the working chamber. Compared with the equal pitch structure, the ultimate vacuum is higher and the power consumption is lower, which has the advantages of energy saving and maintenance free. It is an upgraded product of oil sealed vacuum pump.
