1、 Purpose:
The JJC-1D cast-in-place pile aperture detection system is a specialized equipment designed and manufactured for the quality inspection of drilled cast-in-place piles. It is mainly used for the quality inspection of drilled cast-in-place pile aperture, depth, verticality, wall shape, and bottom sediment in high-rise buildings, airports, bridges, highways, high-speed railways, seaports, docks and other engineering constructions.
This instrument adopts computer control technology and displays various detection data and curves in real time through serial communication with underground instruments, realizing the digitization of borehole detection of cast-in-place piles. It has the characteristics of easy operation, beautiful interface, convenient and fast data storage and processing. Equipped with a portable printer, data can be printed on site, making it convenient to prepare inspection speed reports and hole quality inspection reports, greatly improving work efficiency and quality.
This instrument has been applied in projects such as Shanghai Metro, elevated roads, Shanghai Grand Theater, Donghai Bridge, as well as national key construction projects such as Sutong Bridge, Jiangyin Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Bridge, and Beijing Shanghai High speed Railway.
