1、 Principle
When the fluid flow sensor along the axial direction is fed in, it is forced to rotate around the centerline by the vortex generator, generating a vortex flow. The vortex flow spirals in the Venturi tube and reaches the contraction section where it suddenly throttles, accelerating the vortex flow. When passing through the diffusion section, the vortex center precesses along a conical spiral line. At this point, the precession frequency of the vortex center through the detection point is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. The precession frequency signal of the vortex flow detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped before being converted into a flow value for on-site display or signal selection.

8. The instrument has the function of saving power outage data;
9. Xindi displays the flow value and comes with pulse signals and (4~20) mA standard analog signals for remote transmission output, making it easy to connect with secondary instruments.
3、 LUX series spiral vortex gas flowmeter working power supply
Internal power supply: 3V lithium battery, power consumption ≤ 0.3mW, can be used for two years;
External power supply: 24VDC ± 15%, power consumption ≤ 1W.
2. Output signal
Pulse signal: Three wire pulse signal output, transmission distance ≤ 200m;
(4~20) mA standard analog signal: Linear for analog signals in the flow range of (0~Qmax) m3/h, transmission distance ≤ 1500m, connection method is two-wire or three wire system.
RS485 communication interface signal, directly connected to the upper computer for remote transmission of instrument related parameters and real-time data. At the same time, it can carry 8 flow meters with a dedicated MODEM.
