The UFDZ top mounted (bottom mounted) magnetic flap level gauge is a new generation of level gauge developed to meet the requirements of users for opening holes on underground containers. Compared with the UIZ internal level gauge, it has the advantages of low price, being suitable for working in flammable, explosive, toxic, highly corrosive and volatile environments. It is a special type of UFZ side mounted magnetic flap level gauge, with the characteristics of safety, reliability, easy observation, and clear level indication. It is widely used in oil depots, underground storage tanks, tanks and other containers, as well as food, chemical, fertilizer and other industries. At the same time, it is equipped with relevant accessories and has alarm and control signal output functions.

working principle
This product consists of a body (composed of upper and lower conduits), a flip box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flip plates), a float (composed of magnets, top rods, and floats), etc. Its structure is shown in the figure. The working principle is that the float in the container (developed according to different media and pressure needle pairs) floats up and down in the lower conduit with the change of liquid level height, and the magnet moves up and down in the upper conduit through the top rod, causing the outer flip plate to flip and indicating the liquid level height with red and white colors.

Selection Notice
1. The nominal pressure of anti-corrosion type is ≤ 1.0MPa.
2. There is a certain blind spot in the liquid level gauge, so compensation for the blind spot value should be added when reading the liquid level height (when our liquid level gauge leaves the factory, the zero position of the scale has been moved to the actual value).
3. The measuring range of the liquid level gauge should not exceed 5 meters, otherwise it will affect the stability, reliability, and fastness of the liquid level gauge.
4. Install the connecting flange, and refer to the commonly used protrusion size reference (HG21592-97) for manufacturing this level gauge at the factory.

Installation, use, and maintenance
1. The protective conduit and main conduit of the liquid level gauge must be kept vertical
2. The connecting rod cannot bend and must be inserted straight
3. After installation, the flip column of the monitor needs to be guided once with magnetic steel to display white above zero and red below zero.
