Product Overview
The dissolution tank and storage tank of the dosing device are usually equipped with mixers, and it is necessary to control the inlet valve and metering pump. The best choice is to use a side mounted magnetic flap level gauge.
However, the complex process and expensive price of magnetic flap level gauges have deterred many users. And once used, after a period of time, the magnetic flip float and magnetic flip plate demagnetize, causing the magnetic flip plate to have flower patterns and control errors.
Due to the opaque structure of the float, internal pollution and scaling have caused the float to get stuck (especially with PAM agents). Users are unable to promptly identify issues for cleaning and maintenance.
This type of liquid level gauge is inexpensive, with intuitive liquid level. It can be connected to an external reed switch to output passive switch signals, and can also output 4-20mA continuous signals.
The liquid level gauge is transparent and aesthetically pleasing. It consists of a cleaning cover on top, a vent cover and transparent connecting flange on the bottom, a transparent liquid level gauge, a red magnetic float, a movable dry spring switch, switch guide rod, etc.
