Overview
The UHS-UBG high-pressure glass plate level gauge is developed based on the technology of foreign products and the introduction of key components, using high-strength and high-quality materials, with a maximum pressure of up to 30Mpa. It is suitable for liquid level indication of media in high-pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum and chemical.

Working principle and structural characteristics
According to the principle of communication, the liquid level of the medium in the container is led to the external glass plate liquid level gauge; Read the actual height of the liquid level inside the container through a transparent glass plate.
This product can also be made into a dual color display without a light source, which utilizes the natural light source's folding and reflection characteristics, and forms a gas red liquid black display through color filter glass.
The valve stem sealing packing adopts flexible graphite pressure ring, which has good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. On the instrument, a steel ball is installed inside the lower valve. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the steel ball automatically closes the flow channel under the pressure of the medium in the container to prevent a large amount of medium from overflowing
